Mid C19. 2 storeys; gault brick; hipped slate roof with wooden eaves
cornice on brackets; symmetrically designed front; 5 windows; middle
with plaster pilaster strips, console brackets and plain cornice, side
flat brick arches; porch with Ionic pilasters and entablature. Greek
Revival House. Not part of the unified Park Terrace lay-out. (RCHM 261).
All the listed builings in Park Terrace form a group.
