Mid C19.Two storeys;gault brick;hipped slate roof with wooden eaves cornice on brackets;symmetrically designed front;five windows;middle with plaster pilaster strips, console brackets and plain cornice,side flat brick arches;porch with Ionic pilasters and entablature.Greek Revival House.Not part of the unified Park Terrace lay-out.(RCHM 261).All the listed buildings in Park Terrace form a group.
