Early C19 house. Reddened local gault brick; slate roof with
gabled parapet to east and end stacks. Two, first floor
recessed, twelve-paned hung sash windows with stone cills and
cambered, gauged brick arches, and one glazed central blind
window. Three similar ground floor windows. Four-flush-
panelled door to left of centre, recessed with rectangular
fanlight. Stuccoed plinth.
