Villa, c.1860. Local gault brick Flemish bond, to front wall.
English bond to sides and fishscale pattern slate roof, hipped.
Shaped wood pendant brackets to eaves. Two symmetrically placed
stacks with original chimney pots. Single pile with outshut at
rear. Two storeys. Range of three recessed, four pane hung
sashes in cambered arches. Central doorway with reeded doorcase
and narrow cornice on scroll brackets. Four panelled door.
