Villa, c.1850. Local gault brick and slate roof with end
stacks, one with upper courses removed. Double pile plan. Two
storeys and double fronted. Symmetrical elevation of three
recessed hung sashes with margin lights. Central doorway with
panelled doorcase and reveals, plain frieze and cornice. Two
steps up to panelled door and rectangular fanlight.
