Circa 1840-50 estate workers cottage. Stone rubble with steeply pitched Collyweston
stone roof with gabled ends. Two storeys. Right hand gabled semi-dormer.
Two window range. Moulded stone mullion/transom windows, first floor 2-lights
ground floor 3-lights. Central doorway with depressed arch and plank door.
Stone end chimney stacks with brick shafts with stone caps.
