Pair of cottages, C18, only slightly altered in C20. Timber
framed and plaster rendered with steeply pitched thatched roof
of long straw with shared ridge stack. Two storeys. Two
original flush frame horizontal sliding sashes with small panes
at first and ground floors, but one of the ground floor windows
has been enlarged and has a modern casement. One doorway to
each cottage, the one to the right boarded, the other in a C20
porch. Situated on the southern edge of the former village
green.
