Mid C18 house with C19 addition to right hand. Gault brick. Plain tiled, mansard
roof. Tumbled parapet gable and to left hand. Two-storeys and attic. Band between
floors. 'Small House' has one dormer, two casements in segmental arches to first-floor
and one casement to ground-floor. Moulded architrave to C19 doorway and casement to right hand.
'Fernleigh' has two dormers, two hung sashes with margin lights in
cambered arches flanking one hung sash. Two similar hung sashes with margin lights
flank gabled, gault brick porch. Wrought iron initials 'T.G.' to left hand gable end.
