Late C16 house. Timber-framed, refaced in brick and extended C19. Plain tiled roof
with dentil eaves cornice. C17 internal stack of red brick. Two-storeys. Range of
three hung sashes with glazing bars at first-floor. Three similar windows in cambered
arches to ground-floor. Panelled door. Interior right hand ground-floor room has
fine carving to chamfers, stops and soffit of main beam and middle rails. Foliate
motif. Probably a later extension to adjoining C14 open hall, now known as
'The Green'.
