ST 66 SW PUBLOW BLACKROCK LANE

Pair of estate cottages. Dated 1748, probably remodelled. Rubble with
freestone quoins, double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges. 3 storeys
and 2 windows to each cottage, the outer windows are 2-light and the inner ones
are single light glazed casements under cambered heads. Central pair of plank
doors, also under cambered heads. Datestone at second floor level. Formerly
part of the Popham Estate.
