ST 35 NE BANWELL KNIGHTCOTT

4/28 No. 17 (Bowman's Batch)

House. Early C17, altered and extended. Roughcast, double roman tile roof.
South elevation; 2 storey, 4 windows, irregular fenestration, C19 and C20
2 light casements; rear wing of one window has a 16 light glazing bar sash.
Interior; north ground floor room has moulded, framed ceiling and deep
chamfered bressumer to inglenook; there is another framed ceiling and a room
with deep chamfered beams and a small spice cupboard.
