House, late C18 with C19 alterations. Probably timber framed,
plaster rendered with roof raised and one storey added mid C19.
Low pitch slate roof, with gault brick end stacks. L-plan.
Three storeys. Three window bays except for two windows only at
second storey. Flush frame hung sashes with glazing bars in
open boxing. Central pedimented doorway with narrow panelled
pilasters. Six panelled door. Rear range also timber framed
with steeply pitched tiled roof and gault brick end stack.
Stair turret in angle. Interior has early C19 open string
staircase of two flights and two landings. Square section
balusters, moulded rail, turned newels and scrolled ends to
treads.
