GV II

c.1840 house extended in late C19 by addition of wing at rear
and service wing to left hand. Gault brick and cement tiled
roof with ridge and end stack. Two storeys. Symmetrical house
elevation of three recessed hung sashes with glazing bars in
flat arches. Reeded architrave to central doorway with flat
hood. Three panelled door with two small glazed upper panels.
Late C19 service wing of two storeys and cellar. Gault brick
and tiled roof. Segmental arches to two windows and stone
lintel to doorway. Original cast iron railings to street front.
