Probably C14 open hall with solar, altered early C19. Timber framing cased in brick
and rendered in C19. Bank between storeys and flush quoins. Pantiled. Two storeys.
Two hung sashes with glazing bars in open boxing at first floor. Two similar windows
on either side of doorway at ground floor. Passageway entry to south. The house is
similar in external dimensions to No 113.
