Former house and barn under 1 roof, ruinous at time of resurvey. Dated
1673. Rubble, remains of stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor
openings to house. Boulder plinth. House: central wide doorway with slab
lintel and crude hood-mould. Ground floor, to left: blocked 2-light
chamfered mullion window with mullion removed, and crude hood-mould; to
right: opening for sash window. First floor, from left: remains of 2-light
chamfered mullion window; 3-light chamfered mullion window; opening for sash
window. Stack to right. Barn, to left: 1 opening on each floor. Rear
elevation of house: lean-to extension to left, over doorway with moulded
chamfered surround with 4-centred arched-head with inscribed on lintel
"PA 1673". Rear elevation of barn: on each floor a fine doorway with
rebated arris.
