Formerly farmhouse, now derelict. Late C18 with C17 origins, C19 and C20
alterations. Rendered limestone rubble, painted stone dressings, stone slate
roof. Formerly central staircase plan. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Entrance left of
centre has plain surround and 4 panel door. At far left is C19 entrance with
half-glazed door, and ground floor window. Left of centre 2-light flat faced
mullioned window. Right-hand ground floor 3-light flat faced mullioned window.
3 upper floor 2-light flat faced mullioned windows; C20 casements and fixed
lights. Left and right of centre ridge stacks far right is entrance to C19
byre. Continuous outshut at rear contains tall narrow chamfered staircase window.
Interior: dog-leg staircase, turned balusters.
