House in row, with shop. Late C18. Rendered, slate double
mansard roof.
3 storeys and attic, 2 windows; flat-roofed 4-pane sash
dormers above 2-storey 8:12:8-pane sash bow oriel, the
first-floor sashes being deeper than those at second floor,
and a 12-pane at second floor and deeper 12-pane to first
floor. Ground floor has a C19 three-pane bow with deep
sill-mould with a glazed door on 2 steps, right, under
full-width deep fascia. To left, on 2 steps, is a 6-panel door
in panelled reveals, with a plain fanlight. Moulded cornice,
carried across the bow, blocking course and parapet.
Rear wall, in painted brickwork, has 12- and 16-pane sashes,
and a deep stair sash.
