Retaining wall with railings and gateways. Early C19. Very
deeply-coursed punched gritstone; iron railings and gates.
Retains ground to front of Rutland Terrace (qv) with gate
openings at each house, slight projections at the terrace
pilasters; end piers with return walls. Moulded copings; plain
railings with barbed finials; standards with vase finials.
Gates in same style (far left gate missing) and railing
divisions to the front gardens.
