Circa 1800 lodge of toll house type. One-storey, sandstone "brick with hipped
stone slate roof. Canted north end with 4-centred arched doorway to front and
2-light, 4-centred arched mullioned windows with drip moulds to sides. Elevation
to road has 2 similar windows.
