Circa 1800-30. Sandstone brick single bay cottage and 2 bay public house. The
cottage is slightly recessed from building line. Plat band to public house. Stone
slate roofs, corniced chimneys. Two light square mullion windows in squared frames.
Public house doorway has wooden pilaster strips with console heads supporting
shallow cornice. Included for group value.
