Circa 1840-50 small sandstone "brick" villa with 3 bay front, opposite
Nos 49 to 53 (odd). Stone gutter-cornice, stone slate roof with corniced
chimneys. Revealed sash windows, painted flat ashlar arches, block sills.
Doric pilastered and corniced doorway. Included for group value.
