Mid C19. Ashlar sandstone. 3 storeys. Modillion eaves cornice. Blocking
course. Moulded sill band to 2nd floor. Ground floor has C19 shopfront: Ionic
pilasters with entasis: ornamental consoles above fancy glazing bars. 2 ranges
of sashes in moulded frames, those on 1st floor with cornice.
