Mid C19. Ashlar. Hipped stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice.
Blocking course. Rusticated quoins. 4 ranges of sashes with glazing bars
and moulded surrounds, of which one breaks forward and is crowned by pediment-shaped
acroterion: alternately vermiculated voussoirs. Door with 4 moulded panels
and oblong fanlight, Ionic pilasters, full entablature and pediment-shaped
blocking course with sculpted wreath. 2 ground floor bays, one late C19 timber,
one canted with Tuscan piers, moulded cornice and blocking course with sculpted
wreath.
