Farmhouse and attached barn. Mid-late C18, 2 builds. Coursed dressed stone,
stone slate roof. House: lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Quoins on right.
C20 gabled porch masks doorway flanked by 4-light flat-faced mullion windows on
each floor. To far right a board door in plain stone surround shaped kneeler to
right. Corniced ridge stack. Barn attached to left, slightly set back: 2 bays
with C19 addition to left end. Quoins on right. On left, round-arched cart-entry
with imposts, voussoirs, raised keystone and mistal door to left. On right, plain
stone surround doorway to right of a 2-light window (1 light blocked, formerly
4-light) with 4-light window above. This bay now part of house. Rear: house has
blocked door to left, a 2-light window to ground floor and a 2-light (mullion
removed) and 3-light window above. c1980 outshut added to barn not of special
interest.
