Mid C19. Ashlar. Hipped stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice.
Blocking course. 7 sashes on 1st floor. 2 bipartite sashes, flanking 2 tripartite
sashes on ground floor. 2 doors with oblong fanlights (No 44's with glazing
bars), Tuscan pilasters and fall entablatures.
