Pair of semi-detached houses. Mid-late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Two storeys. Quoins Double-fronted. Each of three bays with central doorway with monolithic jambs with single sash window above flanked by two-light flat-faced mullioned windows with slightly recessed mullions retaining four-pane sashes. Gutter brackets, two ridge stacks rebuilt mid C20.

Part of the Moravian settlement of Fulneck (q.q.v.).
