House. Initialled and dated " JW ". Hammer-dressed stone (rendered),
1760
C20 tile roof. 2 storeys. 2-cell direct-entry plan. 3-bay symmetrical facade.
Rusticated quoins. Doorway with raised surrounds and interrupted jambs, has
chamfered surround and casement-moulded cornice. Above is date plaque with oculus.
To either side on both floors, 2-light flat-faced mullioned windows with recessed
mullions retaining 4-pane sashes. Coped gables with shaped kneelers and stacks
(truncated). Rear has added cell at right angles of c1978 in keeping.
Interior: parlour has doorway with eared architrave and 6-panelled door (replaced).
Other room has stop-chamfered spine-beam and square floor joists.
