House. Mid-late C18. Ashlar, Welsh blue -slate roof. 3 storeys. 5-bay
symmetrical facade. Rusticated quoins, plinth, continuous bands to 1st and
2nd floors. Tall doorway with architrave, pulvinated frieze and casement
moulded cornice. Above, on each floor, window with architrave and apron,
pulvinated frieze and cornice. Other bays have windows with simpler moulded
architraves and projecting sills. Hipped roof with 2 end stacks and one ridge
stack. Rear has 5 bays of windows with projecting plain stone surrounds and
basement with double chamfered windows lacking mullions possibly crosswindows
originally. 2nd bay has doorway approached by flight of 3 stone steps. 3rd
bay has 2 -light windows. Left,hand return has central bay with doorway with
much weathered surround and cornice. Above, to each floor, windows breaking
the bands with architraves and margin glazing.

Interior not inspected. Unoccupied at time of resurvey.
