House, now shop. Late C18 or early C19, altered C20. 3 storeys; 1 bay to Beast
Fair, 3 irregular bays to Ropergate. Painted brick in Flemish bond, Welsh slate
roof. Ground floor: C20 shop front not of special interest. First floor: deep
sill band; sash windows with stone wedge lintels incised as if of chamfered voussoirs
with raised 'keystone' with indented panel. Second floor: sill band; windows as
first floor. Paired gutter brackets with paterae on ends. Hipped roof to corner.
