Formerly service wing to Former All Saints Vicarage. Forms link and is contemporary with vicarage and Former All Saints School by same architect (G.E Street 1854-1857). Two storeys, steeply pitched plain tile roof, terracotta ridge tiles. Brick, polychromatic arches over openings. Brick circular stair turret in south-east corner with octagonal metal covered roof. Single storey hipped and gabled projection on south-west.
