Old coach house, now converted to dwelling. Built 1854-57 by G.E Street, brick in same style but much plainer. Elevation to road very plain with three casements in deep reveals, stone flat heads and cills. Steeply pitched plain tile roof, single storey and attics. North-west elevation has three hipped dormers, one louvre and breaking eaves. Three windows ground floor semi-circular heads and segmental brick arches. Flanking chimney. Ornate rainwater heads remain at each end on north-west.
