Cottage (attached to Little Chapter, q.v.), probably early C18, of coursed rubble painted white (at time of survey) with Kerridge stone-slate roof and stone chimney. Of two storeys and two windows. Central boarded door under stone lintel with slightly arched soffite; C20 wood label. One window to each storey, right of doorway, of three lights with slightly projecting square surround, square mullions of painted stone and diamond leaded glazing. Internally the lower storey has oak beams.
