SU 36 NE HAMSTEAD MARSHALL HOLTWOOD

14/1 Holtwood Farm House

II

House. C17 and C18 with C20 alterations. Painted render with plain tiled
roofs. T-shaped plan. Two and 1½ storeys with half hips to roofs, ridge
stack to east of higher roof and end stack to south of crosspiece of T.
2 flat roofed eaves dormers on east elevation. South Elevation:- Boarded
door to left, 3-light casement in centre with gabled 3-light casement breaking
eaves above and half glazed door to right at junction with lower wing which
projects forward with 1 storey lean to across gable end surrounding external
stack with 2-light casement in gable to right.
