8/14 Walnut Tree Cottage
G.V. II

Cottage. Late C17 with late C18 refronting and C20 alterations and
additions. Brick to east, timber frame with brick infill to south,
half-hipped thatched roof. L plan with large C20 extension forming
northern arm. One and a half storeys two gabled eaves dormers to east;
end stacks north and south of older build. East Elevation:- all
windows casements with cambered heads, 3 light window to left, central
2-light-window replacing former door, 2-light window to right; porch
on C20 extension to right. Included for group value.
