Small late C18/early C19 house with colourwashed front. Plain end pilasters.
Slate roof. 3 windows with stepped voussoir lintels. Sashes in flush frames,
glazing bars. Recessed door under stepped lintel in centre.
No 5, No 35 to 39 (odd), Nos 2 to 34 (even) and No 13 Seavdale road form a group
together with No3 and 7 which are of local interest.
