One building forming a pair with Nos 12 and 13 on the opposite side of Victoria
Road. About 1860. 3 storey plus basement ashlar front with cornice and blocking
course. Banded quoins below and incised pilasters above 1st floor cornice with
brackets. 4 windows, architrave surrounds, sashes with glazing bars to 2nd floor
only. Cornices on volutes to ground and 1st floors. Wrought-iron handrail to
ground floor of No 14. Entrances in sides.
Nos 12 to 15 (consec) and Norfolk House form a group.
