Tall three storey early/mid C19 house. Rendered front with incised coursing and end pilasters. Hipped slate roof with eaves on paired brackets. Two windows with centre window space to second floor and painted niche to first floor. Shutters with wooden frames to second floor. Sashes with glazing bars. Two storey verandah with trelliswork to first floor.
No 25 including extensions, Nos 27 and 29 (Mount Heber). Cliff House, United Reformed Church Hall, and No 37 form a group.
