House. Early-mid C19 with some C20 alterations. Rendered stone rubble. Asbestos
slate roof with ridge tiles; hipped to left and with gable end to right. End stack
to left with brick shaft.
Plan: One-room plan, with entrance to right and the room to left, heated from the
stack at the left side.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical one-window front. C20 half-glazed door with
overlight to right; 12-pane margin-glazed C19 sash to left at ground and first
floors.
Interior: Not accessible.
