Bridge at SW446246


Road bridge over stream. C18 or circa early C19. Granite rubble with granite
monolithic lintels. Wrought-iron handrails.
Two-span bridge of simple lintelled construction. Pointed cutwater on the upstream
side. There are no parapets but the lintels and adjoining verge stones provide a
plinth for simple handrails threaded through iron stanchions.
