Shops and flats above, formerly the Eden Hotel. Late C18. Incised stucco
walls, stone dressings, slate roof with projecting eaves, yellow brick chimney
stacks. 3 storeys, 2 bays. C20 shop windows and entrances. Tripartite sash
windows with glazing bars have plain stone surrounds. Built to similar design
as the Howard Arms Hotel next door. Included for group value.
