Small house. Probably C18. Killas rubble with wooden lintels over the window
openings. Asbestos slate roof. Brick chimneys over the gable ends. Large outbuilt
stack on the left.
Plan: Double-depth plan. Probably kitchen/living room on the left, parlour on the
right; entrance lobby or cross passage between and shallower service rooms at the
rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 2-window front with first floor windows
grouped closer and doorway central to fenestration. Original openings. C18 or early
C19 6-panel door. Circa late C19 or C20 4-pane hornless sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
