The following building shall be added:

8/8 Barn 4 metres south
east of Croft House
and attached barn

GV II

Barn. Early to mid-C17 with later modifications. Rubble masonry with diminishing
green sand slate roof. The walling appears to have been raised, possibly in
the C19. Vehicular access through porch to south, small doorway with wooden
lintel to roadside; otherwise simple ventilations are the only openings. Interior:
4 bays; 3 full cruck trusses, all with saddle and halved collars; 2 trusses
have or had ties (one missing) the third has small spurs. Carpentry pegged
throughout.
