The grey stone recessed central portion is slightly curved with
balustrade and 2 ornate urns, behind the fountain pool. A straight
flight of stone steps to each side of the pool, each with fountain
statuary on the lower pedestal of its balustrade. Walls to the middle
terrace have 5 lion head spouts of stone in the retaining wall which

are of red sandstone.
The wall returns south of the terrace, listed separately (q.v.).
