School houses now house. Mid/Late C18. Red Flemish bond brick with
stone dressings and a slate roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: stone
plinth. Yellow headers. Two bays having door at far right with wooden
doorcase of fluted pilasters to either side and open pediment above.
Within this open pediment is an open book painted with the words:

GOD IS TRUTH
THE WORD IS TRUTH
THE SPIRIT IS TRUTH
LOVE IN TRUTH

Beneath is a 6-panelled door. To left of this are two windows with
stone sills and wedge lintels of 3 x 4 sash panes. There are two
similar windows to the first floor.
