Cottages, early C17, Brick nogged timber frame with thatched roof.
Single storey and attic, 3 window bays. A rear (north-west) wing of
red brick with slate roof is a modernised separate cottage (Holly
Bank). Sandstone plinth. Small framing. Old gudgeon-hung leaded
casements, one in thatched half dormer with other first floor windows
in gables. Ledged and battened doors with false strap hinges under
added, monopitch, bracket supported canopies.
Interior: Ovolo moulded beams and exposed ceiling joists.
