Cottage. Dated A.D./1600 on datestone with shield. Timber framed with
whitewashed brick infill and C20 machine-made pantile roof. Single
storey. Entrance front: 12 x 2 cells of small framing with one angle
brace to right of centre. C19 gabled porch to right of centre with
red sandstone lower walls and timber upper body having gabled roof
with decorated bargeboards and barge post. Five 2-light casement
windows. Rear: 7 x 2 cells of small framing to the left and 1 x 2
cells to right with a C19 or C20 outshut projecting between. Angle
braces to far left and sixth post from left.
