Fomer guest house now private dwelling, late C18 or early C19.
Rendered brick with slate roof; 'T' shaped plan. 2-storey, 4-bay
garden front and 2-bay hipped entrance front. Garden front has french
windows fronted by modern entrance porch and Regency recessed sashes
with glazing bars. The entrance front has original horizontal sliding
sashes at first floor level.
Interior: Lounge has decorative Georgian ceiling with roundels, wall
frieze with interlaced floral motif, a recess with pilasters with
floral design and door with panels decorated with a diamond motif.
The former Ballroom has a panelled beam on consoles. There are a
number of Georgian 6 panelled doors at ground and first floor level
and a C19 Geometrical staircase with turned balusters.
