I have drawn a blank on this one. All buildings bounded by Scotland Street, Horsemarket Street and Town Hill are modern. I have photographed the walkway where the cursor is shown but it is obvious that there is nothing historic at this locality. I can find no reference to Horsemarket Chambers other than on this website. It is not shown on any large scale maps in the NLS website.
