stairhall; small section set back to left remains from original house, which had front wall
demolished and brought forward for the remodelled house. Rear wing, also with C17
origins, has stair turret with gabled roof to left. Former outshut to rear right, with thick
(probably cob) walls heightened in C19. 2 storeys. 3-window front, with glazing bars
to tripartite sashes and late C20 door with chamfered posts to mid/late C19 porch. Late
C19 two-light casements to rear right. Interior: early C19 features include stick-baluster
staircase with turned newel, panelled doors set in moulded architraves, china cupboard
