Early to mid C19. Two and a half storeys, slate hung and pointed. Parapet. Slate
roof with large modern attic dormers. 3 windows, small pane glazing bar sashes.
Central glazed porch with dentil cornice and windows flanking door. One window
lean-to to left hand side. Screened by crenellated wall containing old granite
archway (GV). VR letterbox set in masonry by front porch.
