Wellhouse. Possibly C17 origin, remodelled C19. Slatestone rubble.
Pyramidal scantle slate roof.
Roughly square plan.
Plain door opening facing Treduan Farmhouse; no windows.
Interior: Slate floor. Well in floor. Large granite trough.
